Symphony Senior Living (SSL) was established in March 2008. Symphony has a highly talented and very experienced management team and a good foundation established for future growth. Symphony Senior Living was originally formed to develop and acquire assets in North America, with a focus on the affluent neighbourhoods of Toronto, Ontario. Symphony has expanded into Quebec and Alberta and offers management services to qualified real estate investors through North America.
SSL currently manages 1100 units in 5 properties. The 1100 units are located in 5 state of the art seniors' communities in Quebec and Alberta. The properties now offer a full range of services from independent living, assisted living and memory care. During the past year Symphony has been able to establish itself as a competent management company, with complete systems and procedures for the efficient operations of the assets and best in class financial reporting for its investors. The Symphony Senior Living properties continue to fill up, trends are positive and expenses are well under control.
Symphony has three other projects under development with its partners, in Alberta and Ontario. Symphony’s purpose built properties will specialize in high acuity assisted living and memory care services in affluent markets.
