Ms. Brush is the CEO, president and founder of Symphony Senior Living Inc. Ms. Brush has over 20 years of experience in the senior housing industry across Canada and the United States. Ms. Brush has been directly involved in ground-up development, operating large portfolios of property throughout North America and dealing with the capital markets and large financial transactions.
Ms. Brush is a passionate businesswoman who defines success – with a strong track record of unparalleled leadership, whom, over the course of her career, has led organizations to achieve significant growth and profitability whilst ensuring the fundamental values of quality care is delivered to her residents. Ms. Brush has built her industry expertise by succeeding in the following positions: Chief Executive Officer for The Steeves and Rozema Group of Companies (S&R), Vice President of Operations for Sunrise Senior Living Inc, EVP and Chief Operating Officer of Sunrise REIT and SVP of Senior Housing Operations and Development for Ventas Inc (NYSE: VTR).
Vice-President of Marketing and Customer Experience
Lisa Wernham joined Symphony Senior Living as the Vice-President of Marketing and Customer Experience in 2014. She has over 20 years of combined experience in both sales and marketing. Over the span of her career, Lisa has successfully worked with some of Canada’s largest consumer packaged goods companies such as Cadbury Chocolate, Unilever PLC (Sunlight Laundry and Dove) and Kruger Products LP (Cashmere, Scotties and Sponge Towels). She is a driven leader with a passion for building successful teams. Lisa has quickly embraced the incredible culture at Symphony and truly believes in our mission to provide the highest quality senior living communities in North America.
Vice-President of Accounting and Finance
Ms. Kim has over 6 years of experience in accounting, audit, and financial reporting in Canada, the US and Australia. Prior to Symphony, Jessica was a Manager in the Real Estate Audit practice at KPMG focusing on the multi-residential and seniors housing sectors. Ms. Kim has experience with both public and private companies managing teams to produce high quality reporting under stringent deadlines.
Mario Stamm, C.I.M., P. Mgr.
Mario has over 30 years’ experience in upper management with a strong background in business, finance and hospitality. He has successfully held leadership positions in various industries from private golf clubs as a general manager through to senior living community operations. Mario is currently responsible for overseeing the Symphony Senior Living communities in Ottawa and Iowa.
