The person-centered approach to memory support at Forest Valley Terrace starts with our hands-on experience. Think of our trained staff as a trusted friend who takes the time to learn your loved one’s unique preferences and challenges. From there we can create a personalized care plan that strives to promote personal growth. After all, we believe that someone in need of memory support services can continue to live a meaningful and engaging life where every moment matters.
Alzheimer’s and dementia have the ability to impact your loved one’s mental ability to manage and enjoy everyday life. Our Moments Memory Care Program at Forest Valley Terrace uncovers the unique needs of each resident. We meet them in the “moment” they are in, and work to make their environment more relaxing as a greater sense of purpose is discovered. With additional interactive memory support programs like “It’s Never 2 Late” and “Music in Memory”, we strive to help your loved find more joy in each moment.
New to our community in November of 2019, our Symphony Sorority exclusively focuses on caring for women with all stages of Alzheimer’s, dementia or other forms of memory impairment. Our Sorority Sisters enjoy a calmer and home like environment, which helps improve morale and increase comfort, so that our ladies feel at ease.Learn More
