Symphony Senior Living provides purposefully designed, pet-friendly apartments, complete with full bathrooms and spacious closets. Along with housekeeping, laundry services, transportation, maintenance, and concierge services, we strive for our residents to live their best lives at Symphony.
What services does your Memory Care program have to offer?
We know that quality care is important. We proudly offer the highest care levels in the senior living industry. Our care staff is qualified to meet the healthcare needs of our residents, no matter what level of care is required.
Our Memory Care services include:
- 24 Hour Support & Care

Our Moments Memory Care Program at Symphony is designed for all stages of Alzheimer's, dementia and other memory impairments. At its core, our memory support program focuses on the key social needs including:

- The need to belong to a social community
- The need to be an active participant in their lives through decision-making
Our proprietary program was developed with cutting edge research and the assistance of several longstanding experienced members of the dementia care community in both the United States and Canada.

What is The Symphony Sorority?
The Symphony Sorority is a women's only memory care neighbourhood, located on the top floor of Forest Valley Terrace, that provides personalized assisted living and memory care in a safe, secure and loving environment. Our care is based on the shared experiences of women and fosters strong bonds between the community. The sense of belonging and companionship forms the foundation of an engaged and meaningful life in an environment that feels like home.
How to decide between assisted living and memory care?
Assisted living services can provide additional support for your loved one to complete daily tasks, such as help with dressing, bathing and medication management. Memory care helps older adults with Alzheimer's, dementia or other memory impairments find a higher sense of purpose. While some memory loss is normal for the aging journey, Alzheimer's or dementia is not.
What type of healthcare is offered at Symphony Senior Living?
Prior to moving into a Symphony Senior Living community, every resident receives a comprehensive health assessment with a detailed health history. Our wellness team will work directly with each resident (and their family and primary care doctor) to create a wellness and healthcare plan based on individual needs. This allows our care providers to work closely with each resident and enables them to quickly identify any small changes in behavior or routine.
Why is respite care important?
Respite care provides caregivers with brief breaks in your senior care duties to address their own needs and responsibilities. Our life Enrichment Program is designed with more than 250 social opportunities each month. Our active retirement community, through the work of our on-site activity coordinator, offers a unique array of educational workshops, fitness programs, live entertainment and community-wide social events.
