Oasis Assisted Living is the ideal solution for seniors who value their freedom, yet need some assistance with daily living. Older adults who perhaps just don’t want to live alone anymore and are looking for a greater sense of security and community find Symphony Senior Living Kanata a wonderful place to call home.
We are proud to be leaders in the field of memory care, Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our proprietary memory support program, Moments®, was developed based on extensive dementia care research by leading health and advocacy organizations in Canada to provide the best possible memory care for our residents. Our Moments Neighbourhoods are specifically designed to provide the right level of memory support services to soothe and engage residents at all levels of functioning and dementia.
Symphony Senior Living Kanata offers an extensive variety of senior care services for short-term needs. Franky B, Assisted Living (Oasis) Resident
There truly is no place like home, and that is exactly what Symphony Kanata is to me. I would highly recommend to anyone to come and move in as you will never find another place to live that gives you that homey feeling, the food is excellent and the staff are my family, they always have a way to make me feel so special and loved, they spoil me…..There are always plenty of activities to keep you busy & I love the entertainment that gets brought in for us. This is my home & I am proud of it.
Amanda M, Resident's Granddaughter
My grandmother moved in to Carleton Place Terrace 1 1/2 years ago after being hospitalized for the 2nd time for complications from not eating well living on her own. What has amazed me the most is the difference that good nutrition makes! She is more active and able physically and we have noticed a significant difference in her mental health, she is more alert and less confused.
Pat said that within a day of arriving, she felt that it was home. She feels that she is really living, and it is finally the beginning of her life. Read more about Pat’s story at Carleton Place Terrace!
Helen felt that everything she needed was at Carleton Place Terrace and she would never have to leave, despite her growing needs in the future. She loves the staff and her fellow residents as everyone is friendly and jokes with you. Read more about Helen’s story at Carleton Place Terrace!

I want to take the opportunity to say a huge Thank You to everyone. Without fail, you have all been consistently friendly, caring, attentive and quick to respond to questions or requests. I so appreciate your experience and shared advice. Thank you for providing information meetings so we can better understand both Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
When I wish Mom a good night, it is a big comfort to know that you will be checking on her well-being regularly and that she will know that she is safe and is not alone.
You are a huge blessing in Mom’s life, my life, and the lives of my family and in many families in our community. Thank you for going above and beyond in so many ways!
Forest Valley Terrace
What makes Forest Valley Terrace exceptional is the people who work there. Providing good quality care is challenging work. It requires individuals who truly want to help others, who understand dementia and who are patient, compassionate, and well-trained. The passion of team members is evident in every aspect of the care that is provided. I have witnessed many acts of kindness by staff who went out of their way to make a resident more comfortable. I wish to thank you and all the staff for helping him through his recovery. I truly believe if it wasn’t for your caring and warm environment he would not have made the strides that he has. Thank you again, I can’t say enough about your facilities and I tell all of my friends and family how wonderful it is.

He was looking to make new connections and to be able to relax in his senior years. He really enjoys his apartment with the nice little balcony. Read more about Leo’s story with Symphony Kanata.
